Q: I created an account but I do not see the module I want to do?
A: Please note that you have to Register for a module after creating an account. Click the ‘Register for Modules’ button on your dashboard when logged into the system.
Q: I experience problems logging in.
A: Please note that the username and password you were supplied with, are all case sensitive. They must be entered exactly as given in the notification. Also, please ensure that there are no accidental spaces – for example, when cutting and pasting from an e-mail, it is easy to accidentally insert an extra space at the end. As you are then using an incorrect username or password, your login attempt will fail.
Q: How do I change my password?
A: Log into the system by clicking on the “Login” option at the top right-hand side of the screen. Then once logged in successfully, click on the ‘Account’ drop-down top right and choose ‘Password Reset’. Then follow the instructions.
Q: Where and how do I see the number of points earned?
A: Simply log on to the system – click on ‘Login’ option top right and you will be redirected to ‘My Profile’. Click on certificates button on the screen and choose the year of your certificate. Please note that CPD123 submit all points on your behalf to the HPCSA. The certificate is for your records only.
Your CPD points will be submitted monthly to the HPCSA on your behalf and/or before the deadline of the programme. You will receive a confirmation from the HPCSA once they have updated your profile.
Q: Do I need to attend live?
A: No – courses are downloadable and accessible anytime.
Q: What if I fall behind?
A: Access remains active for a full year, so you can complete modules at your pace.
Q: How do I get credited?
A: You pass quizzes integrated into each module. Certificates issue digitally on completion, and CEUs are monthly-reported to HPCSA.
Q: Do you offer group or team discounts?
A: Yes – we provide special pricing and billing for group enrollments and clinical teams.
Q: What about refunds or cancellations?
A: Please review our refund/cancellation policy on the site.
Q: What types of payment do you accept?
A: We use Payfast as a payment gateway and card/EFT payments are accepted.
